All records for the public drinking water program are available online.

This electronic file cabinet is called eBridge and is accessible from any computer, allowing you to view, print, and save copies of any sampling plans and results, inspections, operating reports, or correspondence we have on file under the Safe Drinking Water Act.

To retrieve files, select “Retrieve,” and from there you can select by one or a combination of seven fields – Program, Permit, Name of Facility, Location Street Address, Location ZIP code, Document Date, or Document Type.

  • The less you enter, the more records you will retrieve.
  • The easiest way to retrieve is to search by your PWS ID number (begins with 629).
  • Document dates are in the format YYYYMMDD.
  • The results retrieved are limited to 1,000 records meeting the criteria, anything beyond that is dropped off the list.
  • Sort your results at the top of any of the columns by that field, to alphabetize, sort by date, permit number, etc.

All permitting information and blueprints are kept in our office in a hard copy file. Please contact us if you need to look at that information.

Below is a list of the document types that are in each system file. Many of the older documents are put in grouped by years. All new items, such as recent inspections, and new permits from this time on are indexed individually by document type and date.

Once you retrieve a system, select on the column heading “document types”. This will sort all the documents in order so that all correspondence or all chemicals are grouped together for easier locating.

To view a specific record, select on the page icon near the left side of the row you want. The first time you try to view a document in eBridge, you will be asked if you want to download eBridge Viewer. Click “Install” button. You should then be able to retrieve files to view. If you want to view multiple items, you can first highlight multiple rows by clicking somewhere on each row other than the page icon to turn it yellow, then select on either “Merge” or “PDF” button on the menu bar. You can then scroll through all the pages selected using the arrow buttons at the top of the page. You can print anything you view, or save it as a file on your computer, or send it as an email attachment directly from eBridge application using the menu buttons on the top of the viewing page.
