Florida’s Community Health Assessment Resource Tool (CHARTS) is a one-stop website for public health statistics and community health data in Florida. It provides access to a wide range of information, including health statistics like births, deaths, disease rates, population data, and behavioral risk factors.


Florida Environmental Public Health Tracking 

Works to track diseases that may be related to environmental exposures. This web site provides data sets on environmental hazards and associated health outcomes. The purpose of these efforts is to inform communities about disease trends and to design interventions that lead to better health outcomes.


Florida Health Finder 

Provides links to resources for researches and professionals, reports and guides, and information for health care facilities and providers.


United States Census Bureau 

Contains population-based statistics.


American Community Survey

National survey that is administered on an annual basis. It samples a small percentage of the population every year.  The purpose of the survey is to provide communities, state and local government, and federal programs with the information needed to plan investments and services.


County Health Rankings 

The annual County Health Rankings measure the health of nearly every county in the United States, and include information on both health factors and health outcomes.
