- Operating Permit and Inspections for Aerobic Treatment Units (ATU) Systems, Commercial
- Wastewater Systems, Industrial Manufacturing Zone, and Performance Based Treatment Systems
Enviromental Health Services are located on the second floor of the main building at:

Office hours are 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. The office is closed from noon - 12:30 p.m. for lunch.
Applications are accepted at the Environmental Health Services office either by hand delivery, mail, fax (813-272-7242), or email.
Applications sent by fax or email will require a Credit Card Authorization Form to be completed or you can telephone the credit card information to our office for payment.
