Department of Health Permits for School Facilities
Public/Private/Charter School Facility
Private and Charter Schools require a health department Group Care and Food Sanitation inspection. Public Schools require a Food Sanitation Certificate (Permit) only.
Submit the following for a Group Care inspection:
2. Facility Floor Plan
3. Site Plan
4. Inspection Fee
All schools providing food service are required to have a health department Food Sanitation Permit. This permit is an annual requirement.
