The Florida Department of Health in Hillsborough County offers a wide range of services that focus on improving and maintaining the health of all individuals. Lead Poisoning Prevention – all ages
GIFT LEAP – Children Ages 5-9
School Health – All school-aged children Kindergarten through 12th grade
Diabetes Prevention and Management – 18 years and older
Blood Pressure Education – 18 years and older
Breast and Cervical Early Detection Program – Women 50 – 64 years of age
