Vaccines and Testing in Hillsborough County
Most pharmacies and healthcare providers offer COVID-19 vaccines and testing, with many offering same-day testing and vaccination. Please visit a location near you or visit the website of the pharmacy or healthcare provider.
The Federal Government offers a vaccine locater to identify a provider near you, please visit Vaccines.gov for more information.
Hillsborough County is presently not operating any mass public sites.

To request proof of COVID-19 vaccination, complete this form to receive your Immunization Clinic Record Card. Please be aware the CDC COVID-19 vaccination record card is not an official record and will be replaced with a record from the official state’s immunizations registry (Florida SHOTS).
Visit FloridaHealthCOVID19.gov to view the latest Weekly Florida COVID-19 Data.
The CDC also produces a State Profile Report for Florida.
The CDC also has COVID Data Tracker, and offers this video to help users access information in the county view tab as well as how to use the forecasting, mobility tabs, and pandemic vulnerability index.
