COVID-19 Antibody Therapy Site in Hillsborough to Close for Several Days in October

The COVID-19 antibody therapy site in Hillsborough County will close for several days in October due to previously planned events at the Florida State Fairgrounds.
 
The antibody therapy site at King Forest Park, 8008 E. Chelsea St., Tampa, FL, 33610, will close Saturday, Oct. 2 and will reopen Sunday, Oct. 3 through Wednesday, Oct. 6 with its regular daily schedule from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
 
It will again close from Thursday, Oct. 7 through Monday, Oct. 11. It will reopen on Oct. 12 with its regular daily schedule from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Walkups are accepted, but appointments are highly recommended and can be made by visiting patientportalFL.com
 
Treatment is free and can be administered regardless of whether a patient has been vaccinated. Residents 12 years and older who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 and are at high risk for severe illness and hospitalization are eligible for this treatment.
