Due to power interruptions, the Florida Department of Health services for will be limited from September 14-September 19, 2017. September 14-15, 2017 Services will be provided on Thursday and Friday at 1105 E Kennedy Blvd at our downtown location. September 18-19, 2017 Services will be provided on Monday and Tuesday at 8605 N Mitchell Ave. Only the following services are available through September 19, 2017 Vaccines for Children Rabies Immunizations by referral Refugee Health Initiation of Services Medication pick up for Tuberculosis clients The following services will resume on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 Adult and Refugee Immunizations Return and walk in appointments.
